It's also commonly pickled in soy sauce and garlic to be eaten with rice.
Sizing Guide:
Size 1: 1-bite for canapes, amuses, etc. ~3-3.5" tall and ~2.75" wide sub-palm size leaf.
Size 2: 2-bite for more filling. ~4-4.5 " tall and ~3.25" wide palm size leaf.
Size 3: 3-bite for hand-sized wrap, taco, etc. ~5-6" tall and ~4-4.5" wide sub-hand size leaf.
